The Cantering Caterer is the exclusive caterer at the renowned Spinning Wheel Inn, located in the heart of Fairfield County in Redding Ridge, Connecticut. Boasting five banquet rooms and gorgeous gardens, The Spinning Wheel Inn is the ideal location for weddings, corporate events, parties, banquets, outdoor events, and more. This classic New England space, whose original building dates back to 1742, is the perfect mix of tradition with the full amenities of a modern event space.
The Spinning Wheel Inn offers a setting for every kind of event.
The Waverly Suite comfortably holds 200 guests for a seated meal or 300 for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. The Waverly boasts a magnificent fireplace, bandstand and dance floor, and offers direct access to the Terrace and the great western views!
The Nutmeg Room also features a grand fireplace and easily seats 80 for dinner or 110 for cocktails. Adjacent to the beautiful terrace, the room offers delightful views through the west windows, overlooking a lush expanse of woods and foliage.
The Tavern, a more intimate setting featuring a large fireplace and warm, traditional surroundings, can hold 50 guests for dinner and 100 for cocktails. Imagine hosting your own pub night in a centuries old tavern!
The Connecticut Room can seat 110 dinner guests, and hold 150 for cocktails. It has a dancefloor and a bandstand, and also provides direct access to the terrace.
The Ridge Room, with its centerpiece antique boardroom table, is the perfect setting for an important meeting or a small rehearsal dinner.
The Spinning Wheel Inn is equally well-suited for hosting conferences, corporate events, and retreats.
